We respect your data and collect the minimum needed to run the Service. This policy is written to be consistent with India's DPDP Act 2023 and the GDPR.
What we process
- Schema / query-log text you submit — analysed to produce your report. We store the generated report (which contains table and column names from your DDL) to power history and monitoring. We do not ask for or want production data values, credentials, or connection strings.
- Email — only if you provide it, used to send your report and product updates. You can request deletion anytime.
- Operational logs — standard request metadata for reliability and abuse prevention.
What we never do
We never connect to your database. We never sell your data. We do not run third-party ad trackers.
Payment data
Card/UPI details are handled entirely by Razorpay and Stripe; we never see or store them.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Retention
Reports and emails are kept until you request deletion or until the account is closed.
