Refund & Cancellation Policy

Deep audit (one-time)
If the deep audit fails to generate a usable report for your schema and query logs, email us within 7 days at getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com with your order reference and we will issue a full refund. Because the report is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds outside this window are at our discretion.
Monitoring subscription (₹999/mo)
You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; cancellation stops the next renewal. We do not pro-rate the current month. The first 7 days are refundable in full if the service does not work for you.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–7 business days.
